About the Scholarship
The 3R Scholarship is open to graduating seniors of Keystone Oaks High School, Pennsylvania who wish to continue their education at 4-year college or university. Students who demonstrate financial need receive special consideration.

Seeking a bachelor’s degree as a fulltime student Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need.
