About the Scholarship

The 25th Infantry Division Association Educational Memorial Scholarship Award provides financial assistance for college to descendants of members of the 25th Infantry Division Association.

Eligibility Requirements

This program is open to 1) children and grandchildren of active members of the association; and 2) children of former members of the division deceased during active combat with the division or as a result of it.
Applicants must be enrolling in the freshman year of an accredited 4year college or university, junior college, or trade school and intending to work toward a baccalaureate degree by enrolling in at least 12 semester hours of study each semester.
They must submit 1) a personal letter describing the reasons for their request, future plans, school interests and activities, and financial situation; 2) a transcript of high school credits; 3) their most recent ACT or SAT scores; 4) 3 letters of recommendation; 5) a letter of acceptance from the institution they plan to attend, and 6) a photograph.
