About the Scholarship

The #3623 CDHE Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative Grant is open to residents of Pueblo County, Colorado who are attending or planning to attend Pueblo Community College or Colorado State University at Pueblo. Students seeking a certificate or degree in designated fields of Career and Technical Education (CTE) are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum 2.5 GPA
Resident of Pueblo County, Colorado
Graduating high school senior or undergraduate student
Enrolled or planning to enroll at Pueblo Community College or Colorado State University at Pueblo
Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, natural resources, and energy, STEM, arts, design, and information technology, skilled trades, and technical sciences, health science, criminal justice, and public safety, hospitality, human services, and education, or business, marketing, and public administration
Demonstrate financial need (family income 250% or less of Pell eligibility)
