About the Scholarship

The Child Care Assistance Scholarship provides funding to residents of Marin County, California who have children under the age of 11 and wish to pursue postsecondary education. Parents who are working towards their first degree or certificate are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.

Eligibility Requirements

Resident of Marin County, California
Currently attending a postsecondary institution in California
Seeking a first professional certification, associate, or bachelor’s degree
Have children under 11 years of age attending a licensed childcare facility
Demonstrate financial need
