About the Scholarship

The “I Have A Dream” Scholarship in Honor of Mary and Dick Granger is awarded to participants of the “I Have A Dream” Southwest Washington program, their children. Individuals who are currently or have been in foster care in Clark County, Washington are also welcome to apply.

Eligibility Requirements

Participant or child of a participant in the “I Have A Dream” Southwest Washington program of Clark County, Washington **or** current or former foster child in Clark County, Washington
Graduating high school senior, current college student, or planning to attend college
Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor’s degree
